Hey Phil?
What Happened to That Early Spring?

Even Though it snowed 3 feet,
spring is on the way!
Hi everyone,

The light has returned and congratulations! We have passed through the darkest 10 weeks of the year. The days are getting longer, the light is brighter, my windowsill geraniums are celebrating and so am I! I am feeling more expansive and can see the possibilities lining up on the horizon.

Even though here in Nova Scotia we have had a BIG and LONG snow event that brought 3-4 feet of snow!!!  the spring light is still teasing us on.

I hope you are all feeling some sparks of joy beckoning you to think of spring possibilities.
Looking back on this past winter darkness, it has felt both challenging and supportive at the same time. Part of me rebels at the cold, dark and icy weather and another part simply says "this is the time to rest, reflect and release your worries and make space for a new experience of spring".

Part of my reflections have focused on the resolutions or intentions that seem to be part of the entry into each new year. Mine usually have the same themes year after year, usually about some aspect of nourishment. And even though I can see ‘progress’ my inner judge always find something to complain about. And while I know this inner judge has my wellbeing at heart, the criticism is anything but motivating! So I’ve been tapping into a new relationship with this inner critic and have found some ways to create more compassion for the critic, and for my own efforts. As this reflection unfolds, I am able to celebrate the creation of a space within that naturally allows self nourishment to happen without will power, force or judgement. I am starting to enjoy creating new possibilities for self care and am thrilled when they easily pop up to replace old and less helpful habits!
I hope you can join me this year in creating new possibilities for yourself!

Lots of love to you all,

Treat Yourself to Some Peace

Emotional Support Tapping Circle
Join me and my colleague Mitsuko Ito as we gather monthly for a Tapping Circle. Some months we will just gather to create more peace for our circle, and in others we will focus specifically on a topic that is timely for participants.
We will use Acupoint Tapping as our main tool to help our systems reduce stress, create peace and increase our quality of life. We will also share a variety of energy psychology tools and a little of the research behind them. So you will learn some tools and techniques AND you will experience the benefits they bring as we support each other.

We want to make this available to anyone who can benefit, so there is no cost for this session. But if you'd like to make a small donation, that option is on the registration page.

Dates are the 2nd Sunday of each month at noon EST.

On February 11 we will focus on food cravings as chapter 2 in the Food Cravings Trefecta (Christmas, Valentines and Easter) is coming up! And on top of that, if you live in the Northern US or Canada, then there are always storm chips to deal with!

Stay tuned for new topics as the months unfold.

Creating Peace on your cancer journey

Any health challenge brings its own unique and complex experience for ourselves and our families. This program has been designed for those on a cancer journey to provide tools and support for emotional regulation, creating peace and improving your quality of life.

There has been significant research showing that using EFT can have significant benefits for those experiencing cancer including a reduction of pain and side effects of treatment. It has also been shown to reduce stress and increase quality of life. Mindset is important!

What people are saying...
I would recommend Georgia’s approach and work to people who are experiencing symptoms of trauma or anxiety, especially related to ourselves individually and our shared future on the planet. She creates a safe space for those of us interested in taking charge of creating positive transition for ourselves in a changing world. - NS
