What will you Plant?
Hi everyone,

There is a point in early March when the light seems to get stronger and there is some real heat in the sun. For me, this is something to celebrate. I finally get serious with the seed catalogue and start to dream of growing some old favourites and trying some new new ones too! I really love the spring greens - kale, spinach and chard are so  willing to grow even if it's too cold for some of the more tender greens. So that's were I'm headed today. Planting some new indoor microgreens will be one step towards getting back outside. In a couple weeks. I'll plant some seedlings to go outdoors.

I used to be so enthusiastic with spring planting that I often planted outdoors too soon and was devastated when a frost stopped them in their tracks. Now I'm recognizing that small steps that are tuned to the season will get me the results of my dreams.

These principles hold as true for a physical garden as they do for planting seeds of self care and emotional peace. I am planting seeds for a few new crops of creating peace that I'm sharing below.

Treat Yourself to Some Peace
 

Emotional Support Tapping Circle
Join my colleague Mitsuko Ito and myself as we gather monthly for a Tapping Circle. Some months we will just gather to create more peace for our circle, and in others we will focus specifically on a topic that is timely for participants.
We will use Acupoint Tapping as our main tool to help our systems reduce stress, create peace and increase our quality of life. We will also share a variety of energy psychology tools and a little of the research behind them. So you will learn some tools and techniques AND you will experience the benefits they bring as we support each other.

We want to make this available to anyone who can benefit, so there is no cost for this session. But if you'd like to make a small donation, that option is on the registration page.

Dates are the 2nd Sunday of each month at noon EST.

In this 60-minute presentation, attendees will discover how the challenges of AD[H]D symptomology can intertwine with patterns of disordered eating - both deeply impacting and exasperating the other. Candace's goal is to share insightful and enlightening research on the topic - looking at genetic and biological factors that hugely impact a person's likelihood of having both AD[H]D and developing an eating disorder.

Monthly USG Tapping Circle, Third Friday, noon EST

We are also pleased to continue to be able to offer the monthly workshops in 2024. This month, Georgia Barnwell, who has been the co-host throughout last year will be the guest presenter.  We will be tapping on food cravings.
